1. 1. Acceptance: By accepting our invoice/proposal and making payment, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. 1. Intellectual Property:

2.1 All templates, designs, graphics, and customization created by us are our exclusive property.

2.2 Although clients pay for template customization, they don’t acquire ownership or rights to the templates themselves.

 

3. 3. Data Ownership:

3.1 Clients retain ownership of their data, emails (Client is responsible for mails migration), and database content.

3.2 We don’t claim ownership or rights to client data, upon termination request after 48hours we will shut down and delete client data.

 

4. 4. Usage:

4.1 Clients can use our services for their legitimate business purposes.

4.2 Clients must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

 

5. 5. Domain Registration and Renewal:

5.1 We register and manage domains on behalf of clients.

5.2 Domain registration will automatically renew unless clients send a termination notice via email.

5.3 Clients are responsible for timely payment of domain renewal fees.

 

6. 6. Hosting Renewal:

6.1 Clients are responsible for timely payment of hosting renewal fees.

6.2 Failure to pay hosting fees may result in service disruption.

 

7. 7. Maintenance Dues:

7.1 Clients are required to pay yearly maintenance dues.

7.2 Maintenance dues cover support and updates.

 

8. 8. Transfer and Termination:

8.1 Upon transfer or termination, clients must cease using our templates.

8.2 Clients can retain access to their data.

 

9. 9. Privacy:

9.1 We protect client data with reasonable security measures.

9.2 We don’t share client data without consent.

 

10. 10. Support:

10.1 We provide support for our services.

10.2 Support scope and duration are specified in our proposal/invoice.

 

11. 11. Changes:

11.1 We reserve the right to update these Terms.

11.2 Changes are effective immediately.

 

12. 12. Payment:

12.1 Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms.

12.2 All fees are non-refundable.

 

13. 13. Liability:

13.1 We’re liable for damages caused by our negligence.

13.2 Liability is limited to the fees paid.
